Mairéad studied in Warsaw, Poland and once graduated moved straight to the UK for work. Living abroad during COVID wasn't that enjoyable so Mairead moved back to Ireland. Mairead has been with Anicare ever since.
Mairéad has recently completed her course in Feline Medicine through the University of Sydney in association with International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) and the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). She has a particular interest in urinary and renal issues. Together with our dedicated feline nurse she aims to create a calm and stress-free environment for your cats.
Outside of work she likes to go for hikes around the Irish countryside often with my parents' dog Finn or hang out with my little cat Púca.
